Privacy statement
Privacy and private (and potentially confidential) user data handling by CATT
is as follows:
- to enhance the experience of this
web-page cookies are not used.
- the e-mails of
demo
testers asking
for support will only be kept for potential future reference and support
(if a student may later work as consultant that background can for support
reasons be good to know). If you do not want your e-mail to
be stored by CATT please send an e-mail, see Company info.
- user e-mail
addresses and e-mails will be kept for support and business reasons
(all users have signed a license agreement). If any user want their
data to be removed giving full support will not be possible since the
previous support history will be lacking. E-mails of designated user contact
persons (or as otherwise requested by a user) will end up on a user mailing-list
regarding availability of new versions, software problems if they are judged
serious and other useful and even crucial information. If any user wants
to be removed from the mailing-list list, or added to it, please e-mail
CATT, see Company info.
- in most
cases to be able to help with a problem, and always for giving modeling
advice, the model in question has to be sent to CATT. Any such
model will be treated as confidential and not passed on to any 3rd party.
If it occasionally would be interesting to use a model to illustrate
something, e.g. in an article or paper written by CATT, then permission
will be asked for in advance.
