Measurement software

As a service to users, since the question about what to use for measuring comes up quite often, below is an alphabetical list of some available software for room acoustics measurements. The list is not complete and listing a software here does not mean any kind of endorsement, likewise, not listing a software here does not mean that it is not a good or useful software (there are many measurement software). If you feel an important software is missing please send an e-mail.

As a lowbudget but effective solution you can also play/record sweep signals and use GratisVolver to "deconvolve" them to retrieve the room impulse response. However, GratisVolver does not evaluate any room acoustics measures such as T-30 or C-80 but it can be used to convolve anechoic music with measured impulse responses (v1.5a adds optional relative IR calibration), a feature not always present in room acoustics measurement software.
